The leaky roof
I failed to get pictures of the patchwork done by the previous owners or the dealership. But it was basically duct tape, covered with a white roof coating.
Once I ripped it all off, the original rubber was still intact but years of
neglect had caused the roof to slowly rot and sag. The sag allowed the water to
pool and make it's way down the wall. I pulled the rubber back until I found
undamaged wood . As I inspected the seams, I also found rot near the antenna. I
also pulled the rubber back in the same manner at this site.

Once I had all of the dry rot exposed, I replaced it with fresh wood. Once fresh wood was down I glued the rubber back down and covered the seams with eternabond and roof coating. Some of the roof coating is peeling back, but the eternabond is holding strong. I also went ahead and put eternabond on the main roof seams.
